PDF guides
Short, practical write-ups for tasks people actually do with these tools — not copies of the tool pages.
Each guide is written from how ManageMyPDF works today: files stay in the browser, each file can be up to 50 MB, and some jobs (password recovery, OCR, Word-perfect layout) are out of scope. When a guide points you to a tool, that page is the working converter.

Edit a PDF on iPhone or iPad
Use Safari or Chrome to merge, compress, convert, or reorder a PDF on a phone or tablet — no App Store download.
How PDF tools can run without uploading your file
What “processed in your browser” means on ManageMyPDF: the file stays on your device, what we cannot recover, and the size limits that still apply.
How to shrink a PDF so you can email it

When a browser Word to PDF converter is enough

Guides FAQ
Are these guides different from the tool pages?
Yes. Tool pages are the working converters. Guides explain a task from start to finish — for example shrinking a PDF for email, or combining files for an application — including when not to use a tool.
Do the guides require an account?
No. They are ordinary web pages. When a guide points you to a tool, that tool still runs in your browser.
Where do I ask a question that is not covered here?
Email hello@managemypdf.com from the Contact page. Do not attach PDFs; we cannot open files processed in your browser.
