Who we are

ManageMyPDF (managemypdf.com) provides free, browser-based PDF tools. This policy explains what information is (and is not) collected when you use the site.

Your files stay on your device

All processing runs locally in your browser using open-source libraries and WebAssembly. PDFs, JPG or PNG images, and Word .docx files you open, convert, compress, merge, or reorder are not uploaded to our servers. We do not have access to the contents of your files, and we do not store them.

Accounts and personal data

The site does not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, or payment details, and we do not maintain a user database.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense to display ads and support the free tools. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies and similar technologies to serve ads on this site. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

Third parties, including Google, may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons to collect information, as a result of ad serving on ManageMyPDF.

United States (CCPA and similar laws)

If you are a resident of California or another US state with a consumer privacy law, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are commonly defined. We do not collect your name, email address, or the contents of your PDFs, images, or Word files.

Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to show ads. That activity is controlled by Google, not by a ManageMyPDF account. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings and at the Digital Advertising Alliance.

Cookies

Essential cookies are not required for the PDF tools themselves. Advertising cookies may be set by Google and its partners when ads are shown. Visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom may see a consent message from Google before personalised ads are served.

Log data

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, in order to deliver and protect the site. We do not use this data to identify you.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
