About ManageMyPDF

Who we are

ManageMyPDF is an independent website at managemypdf.com that publishes free PDF tools in English. We built it so you can merge PDFs, compress a large file, convert JPG or Word to PDF, convert PDF pages to JPG, and reorder pages without creating an account and without sending the document to a processing server.

There is no paid plan and no file-storage product. The tools are the product: each one is a real, working page you can use in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge on a computer, phone, or tablet.

How the tools work

When you choose a file, the browser reads it locally. Open-source libraries and WebAssembly do the conversion, compression, merge, or page reorder on your device. The finished PDF, JPG, or ZIP is created as a downloadable file in the same browser session. Closing the tab discards the in-memory copy. We do not operate an upload API for documents, and we cannot see what you process.

That design is the reason the site exists. Many online PDF converters ask you to send a contract, scan, or photo to someone else's cloud. ManageMyPDF is for people who still need a quick tool but do not want that trade-off.

What you can do here

Every tool is listed on the PDF tools directory. In short:

• PDF to JPG Converter — Turn each PDF page into a JPG image in this browser. Nothing is uploaded.
• Compress PDF Online — Shrink a PDF on this device. Low keeps selectable text; Medium and High redraw pages as JPEG.
• Merge PDF Files — Join two or more PDFs into one file, in the order you add them. Files stay on this device.
• JPG to PDF Converter — Combine JPEG or PNG images into a PDF. Add them in the order they should appear.
• Word to PDF Converter — Save a .docx file as a PDF in this browser. Layout will not match Microsoft Word exactly.
• Reorder PDF Pages — Drag page thumbnails to rearrange, rotate, or remove pages in one PDF.

What we do not offer

ManageMyPDF is a small set of browser tools, not a full PDF suite. There is no OCR, electronic signature, password removal, cloud storage, or Microsoft Word layout engine. Medium and High compression redraw pages as JPEG images. Those limits are listed on each tool page so you can decide before you start.

How the site is organized

The header links to the most-used tools and to the full directory. The footer repeats every tool plus About, Contact, Privacy, Terms, and Security so you can reach those pages from anywhere on the site. Tool pages include a how-to, written explanations, answers to common questions, and links to related tools. There is no login wall and no page that exists only as a placeholder.

How the site is funded

ManageMyPDF is free to use. Display ads from Google AdSense help pay for the domain, hosting, and ongoing maintenance. Ads are labeled as advertisements. We do not sell your files, we do not run a paid-to-click program, and we do not require you to interact with an ad to download a result.
