A real person reads mail sent to this address. Use it for questions about the website, privacy, or advertising — not to send PDFs.
This is the public address for ManageMyPDF (managemypdf.com). We aim to reply within a few business days. If your question is answered on About, Privacy, Terms, or Security, those pages are usually faster than waiting for email.
What we can help with
- How a tool is supposed to work, or a bug you can describe without attaching a file
- Privacy, cookies, and Google AdSense on this site
- A broken link or a page that looks unfinished
- Security reports (you can also start on the Security page)
What we cannot do
Do not email PDFs, photos, or Word documents. The tools run in your browser, so we never receive a copy of your file and we cannot recover, unlock, or re-process it for you. If a conversion failed, try a smaller file, a different browser, or the steps on that tool's page.
